The Magalloway is rugged and bold, just like the river it is named after. Blending long lines and modern simplicity. Mason Township is home to The Magalloway. Here we designed this model to blend into the tall surrounding pines. The layout lends itself to expansive views from all three levels. A small footprint that can fit into the tightest of locations. The interior sports one and a half baths and two bedrooms. The great room in the daylight basement can easily be accommodated with bunks, giving space to sleep large groups. The use of local sustainable pine is used throughout. Built into the plan is a modern kitchen layout with granite countertops.
